Doron Loewinger

Doron Loewinger is a US qualified partner in the Firm's Capital Markets group in London. He has extensive experience advising on debt and equity capital markets transactions, and on liability management transactions, with a primary focus on developing and emerging markets. He is also the Chairman of the firm's London US Securities Policy Committee, and as such is responsible for the implementations of policies and procedures aimed to ensure the quality and consistency of US securities law related advice. Doron joined White & Case in September 2007 from a leading US law firm, having practiced seven years in their New York office and one year in their Singapore office. Prior to that, he practiced in one of Israel's leading law firms for four years.

Doron has more that 15 years of experience representing both issuers and underwriters in a wide range of US and cross-border private and public capital markets transactions, including registered and unregistered offerings of equity, senior and high-yield debt and hybrid securities.

He also has extensive experience representing both issuers and managers in a wide range of liability management transaction, including complex cross-border tender offers, exchange offers, consent solicitations and other debt and equity restructurings.


Nicolas Bertrand

Head of Equities and Derivatives Markets

Nicolas Bertrand is Head of Equity and Derivatives Markets for London Stock Exchange Group. Appointed in 2010, Nicolas is responsible for UK and Italian equity markets and the Group’s derivatives markets.
Nicolas joined Borsa Italiana in November 1999 and has been responsible for IDEM, the Italian Derivatives Market of Borsa Italiana, since January 2004. In July 2009, Nicolas was appointed head of the newly created “Equity Markets and IDEM” division within the London Stock Exchange Group, which combined the equity cash and derivatives markets, overseeing the Italian and UK equity cash markets and IDEM. He is also a board member of FTSE,Turquoise and Borsa Italiana.

Prior to joining the Exchange, Nicolas worked for Citibank and developed his expertise trading on various markets and asset classes. Nicolas graduated in econometrics and holds a postgraduate degree in finance (DESS 203) from Université Paris IX-Dauphine in Paris.

Ayuna Nechaeva

Ayuna Nechaeva is responsible for London Stock Exchange’s business development activities in CIS and Asia-Pacific. Ayuna advises corporates in these regions on the process of listing on the London Stock Exchange, equity capital raising, IPO preparation and corporate governance. Ayuna also manages and develops the 100+ network of existing listed clients.

Prior to joining LSEG, Ayuna worked at BBC Monitoring in Moscow and the UK.

Ayuna Nechaeva holds a Master’s in International Business from Grenoble Graduate School of Business as well as MA in Linguistics & Intercultural Communications from the Lomonosov Moscow State University.


Gavin Sullivan

Gavin Sullivan is a Senior Advisor, Primary Markets, London Stock Exchange Group.
In this role, Ms. Sullivan is involved in a broad range of business issues, ensuring that the Group is investing its resources appropriately, capturing new opportunities, and building and marketing its brand effectively as LSEG grows its global footprint. Prior to this role, Ms. Sullivan spent a year as Acting Group Communications Director at LSEG, managing Executive, Corporate & Financial Communications, as well Group Marketing, Branding, and Events.

Prior to joining LSEG in 2013, Ms. Sullivan held a variety of senior roles at Credit Suisse over fourteen years from 1998-2012. Most recently, she was a Managing Director and Acting Global Co-Head of Branding & Communications, responsible for the global investment banking and asset management divisions, as well as the Americas and EMEA regions. She also served as Head of Communications for the EMEA region for eight years. She began her professional career in Russia, where she was seconded as an Advisor to the Russian Ministry of Privatization to manage USAID-funded public education programs in support of the mass privatization program.
Ms. Sullivan holds an M.A. in Russian Regional Studies from Harvard University and a B.A in Political Science and Soviet Studies with honors from Barnard College, Columbia University.


Brian Schwieger

Head of Equity Trading

Brian Schwieger joined the London Stock Exchange Group in August 2013 as the Head of Equity markets for the London Stock Exchange. Reporting into the Capital Markets group, he is responsible for all aspects of the secondary markets business for equities, including Business and Product development and Marketing. As a member of the Equities and Derivatives Management Committee, Brian is also involved with the Exchange’s strategy across Turquoise and Derivatives markets.

Brian joined the LSE from Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he was a Managing Director and Head of European Electronic Sales and Consulting at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. He joined Merrill Lynch in 2005 as Head of Electronic Salestrading, before moving on to Head of Algorithmic Trading products, which included the introduction of Smart Order Routing in late 2007. In his last assignment, Brian was also responsible for the Research Sales and Salestrading for BAML's smaller and mid sized accounts, making good use of electronic communication, distribution and trading.

Immediately before joining Merrill Lynch, Brian was at Morgan Stanley where he started as a UK trader and market maker, progressing to European portfolio trading and finally sales and marketing for their Algorithmic Trading platform.

Brian's prior experience was in trading in Propane, Butane and oil and gas futures, including the introduction of the first Propane and Butane CFD
contracts in Europe. He has a BSc (Econ) from London School of Economics and a Masters in Finance from London Business School.


Darina Lozovsky
